Know what you’re agreeing to.
A website enquiry is the beginning of planning. It does not reserve rooms, flights, vehicles or activities.
This page explains the booking process. Your personal quotation and supplied booking terms set out the contract for your journey.
Read EOT Terms & Conditions (PDF) →
Please read the full terms alongside your written quotation before confirming.
Before you confirm
Obtain a written itinerary and quotation naming the travel dates, travellers, accommodation, rooms, meals, transport, park fees, optional activities and any internal flights. Check the currency, total price and whether taxes and mandatory charges are included.
Payment and cancellation
Your written booking terms must state the deposit, balance deadline, cancellation charges, amendment rules and refund conditions. Read and agree these conditions before making any payment; ask us about anything that is unclear.
Confirm the practical details
Agree arrival and departure transfers, luggage limits, accessibility needs and emergency contacts. Confirm any dietary or room requirements in writing. Wildlife sightings and migration positions cannot be guaranteed.
What this site does
This website provides itinerary ideas and an enquiry route. It does not take payment or issue instant booking confirmations. A booking is confirmed only through EOT’s agreed process and written documents.
