Day 02Down into Ngorongoro Crater

Set off early for the crater descent.

Spend the permitted game-viewing period exploring grassland, wetland and woodland with a picnic lunch. Sightings depend on the day; return to the Rift Valley for an unhurried evening.

Day 03Lake Manyara to Arusha

Drive through Lake Manyara’s forest and lakeside habitats, pausing for birds and wildlife as conditions allow.

After lunch, return to Arusha, where the safari finishes. Add a separate airport transfer or overnight if needed.
