A DIFFERENT WAY TO EXPERIENCE TANZANIA

Materuni Waterfall & Coffee

A green foothill day near Kilimanjaro.

Tanzania, at your own pace.

Above Moshi, Materuni offers a change of scale from the open plains: cultivated slopes, village paths and a waterfall reached on foot. The walk makes the landscape part of the experience rather than simply the view from a vehicle.

A locally hosted coffee session can follow, introducing the work behind a familiar everyday drink. We plan Materuni as a proper outing with time for walking and conversation, not a rushed detour before a tight airport check-in.

How the experience unfolds

  1. Meet your village guide.
  2. Walk towards the waterfall at a pace suited to your group.
  3. Return for a coffee-making experience.
  4. Enjoy lunch if included, then transfer onwards.

Visits can be arranged in different seasons; wet periods make trails muddier and more slippery.

Swimming is not a promised part of the visit; local conditions and guide advice govern access.
