A DIFFERENT WAY TO EXPERIENCE TANZANIA

Guided Walking Safari

Notice what the vehicle passes by.

Tanzania, at your own pace.

On foot, a safari becomes an exercise in attention: tracks in the soil, insects around a plant and the sounds from the trees. The pace is different, and the guide helps connect small details to the wider landscape.

Arusha National Park is a useful northern-circuit option for a guided walk. Walking in other protected areas needs the correct location, permissions and qualified personnel; it cannot simply be added to any game-drive stop.

How the experience unfolds

  1. Confirm the route and meet the authorised guide or ranger.
  2. Receive a safety briefing before setting off.
  3. Follow the route together, stopping to interpret signs and surroundings.
  4. Return to the vehicle or lodge at the agreed point.
